All-Banners Realty is a locally owned company that began serving the public in 1997.

Beginning with 10 realtors the company has grown to over 140 with realtors coming from most firms and some right out of school. This has likely made All-Banners one of the fastest growing real estate offices in the Edmonton area. Some individuals specialize in residential sales others in acreages, farms or commercial real estate.

All necessary office services are available including support and mentoring. Forms are supplied without charge, faxing is free, there are 7 computer stations, 24 hour paging service and commissions are paid daily.

The company has functioned as a real estate brokerage in Alberta since 1995. As a new entity the challenge was to convince realtors you have what it takes to survive. In the past firms have gone under and realtors failed to receive commissions they earned. When starting up, All-Banners obtained legal advice and created a commission trust account which protects all realtor commissions under any circumstance.
